Our mission is to assist employees who are experiencing a time of unforeseen, uncontrollable personal crisis.

About

The Insperity Fund was established to foster a community of financial assistance for Insperity employees during times of unforeseen need. It is maintained by donations from our generous employees and Insperity’s company match.

When a fellow employee experiences a sudden life-altering event, coworkers rally to the cause. The Insperity Fund exists to aid in this effort. Whether illness, natural disaster, family crisis or death of a loved one, the fund is available to help members of the Insperity family get their lives back on track.

The Insperity Fund has helped hundreds of Insperity employees receive the assistance they need while experiencing a crisis situation.

Insperity corporate employees may apply for grants from the fund, as well as donate tax-deductible contributions to the fund through Compassion at Work, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization.
